Change oil in engine, capacity 1.25 litres = 2.2 Imp. pints = 2.6 U.S. pints O O O O O O O O O 1000
Remove the oil sump and clean the gauze filter in gasoline.                 O 8000

Check oil level in gearbox and top up O   O O O O O O   1000
Oil change, capacity 0.65 litres = 1.1 Imp. pints = 1.3 U.S. pints   O             O 8000

Bevel drive: Check oil level and top up O   O O O O O O   1000
Oil change, capacity 125 c.c. = 1/4 U.S.   O             O 8000

Oil all joints of braking mechanism   O O O O O O O O 1000

Grease brake pedal   O O O O O O O O 1000

Oil clutch operating lever on gearbox   O O O O O O O O 1000

Remove air filter, wash it in gasoline, moisten with oil, then sling off excess oil   O O O O O O O O 1000

Remove wheels and clean wheel hubs, renew grease                 O 8000

Remove swing fork pivot bearings, front and rear, clean and grease the taper roller bearings                 O 8000

Grease all control cables                 O 8000
