Orders paid by PayPal incur a 3% handling fee. Call us to get your order total that includes shipping charges.

FAX, online store and e-mail orders can be placed at anytime. We make every effort to ship all orders by UPS the same business day they are recieved. There is NO MINIMUM DOLLAR AMOUNT in order to place an order.

SHIPPING
Our prefered method of shipping is UPS ground. All online store orders are shipped UPS ground, unless you specify otherwise. We have SAME DAY shipping and can ship as quickly as UPS Next Day Air upon your request. Shipping charges are added to your online store order. We charge the actual shipping rate and do not add additional charges for boxing, nor for packing materials.

YOUR INVOICE
Your invoice is always in the plastic sleeve BEHIND the UPS shipping label. We strive to keep all parts listed in our online store and in stock for same-day shipping. Sometimes, a part may be sold out. The part will be listed on your invoice with a quantity of zero and you will not be charged for that item. A record of your backorder will be kept and the part shipped as soon as possible. You will be charged for the part and the shipping cost when the item is shipped. It is your responsibility to cancel any backorder you no longer want.

COD ORDERS
We can ship COD and payment must be made with a certified check or money order. Cash or personal checks will no be accepted. Dealers may pay with a company check with prior approval. If you refuse a COD order, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, and no further orders will be shipped until your account is paid in full.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Canadian and some other international orders are insured and sent by UPS International. Customs and brokerage fees are your responsibility. If you request an order to be sent uninsured by post office (as the case with some foreign countries), then you bear the responsibility for losses or damages. Because of credit card fraud, we do not ship online store orders to: Ukraine, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, and Israel. If you live in one of these countres, call us to place your order.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All parts are guarantee against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Liability of Bench Mark Works LLC is limited to the replacement of defective parts and the shipping cost. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, please contact us right away. You may return merchandise with invoice number noted (exceptions are noted), provided it is unused and in original condition, within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund of the purchase price. Goods must be in the manufacturer's original packaging. All shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defetive or damaged merchandise, or when incurred because of an error on our part. Returns made later than 30 days of the invoice date, or when invoice numbers are not provided, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $5.00, whichever is greater.

GOODS DAMAGED OR LOST IN SHIPMENT
We make sure that merchandise is in good condition and that it's packed well when it leaves our facility. Proper delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If you receive a damaged package, have the delivery person note the damage. Open the package and inspect the contents. Save the packaging material and contact us immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to make sure that any problem is resolved as quickly as possible. Call us at 662-465-6444. If you request an order to be sent uninsured by post office (as the case with some foreign countries), then you bear the responsibility for losses or damages.

Unless damaged or defective, no returns are accepted for: electical items (except coils under warranty), open bearings, books, CDs, tools, special orders, custom made items, parts and accessories that have been installed or show signs of use or wear. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice or a note listing the invoice number and your reason for the return. Insure the package for it's value and send returns to:
